CULC/CBUC Blog on eBooks and public libraries

CULC/CBUC in partnership with Vancouver Public Library are pleased to launch a blog developed by Christina de Castelli (VPL’s Manager of Online Information & News) and a contributor to the eContent Task Force of CULC.

The blog is for both sharing CULC/CBUC development and information, and keeping up to date on the most relevant eBook news.  Posts will include key news items about eBooks (demographics, device ownership trends), library activities, new offerings from vendors, and information we hear from publishers. If you’d like to contribute a post telling other library staff about an eBook service in your library, please drop Christina an email at <Christina.deCastell@vpl.ca>.

Here’s the address:http://pwp.vpl.ca/culc/

Thanks Christina for your leadership on this.
