Maclean’s Magazine writes a positive feature on Canadian Public Libraries

Many CULC/CBUC member libraries received profile in this article including: Calgary, Surrey, Halifax, Toronto, Hamilton, and Ottawa. The CULC/CBUC Lumos Research study on Trends was cited.
