Vendor Advocacy

The Digital Content Working Group regularly meets with vendors, including OverDrive, to advocate for the interests of public libraries and our customers. Recent advocacy efforts have focused on the need for more flexible licensing terms, transparent and reasonable pricing for digital content, and user experience and usability improvements.
