Public Lending Right/eBook Report Published
Earlier this spring former Vancouver City Librarian, Paul Whitney, was engaged by the Canada Council on behalf of the Public Lending Right Commission to carry out a study on eBooks. He sampled several CULC/CBUC members for their eBook statistics.
