For many years the Canadian Library Association (CLA) administered the Library Materials Shipping Tool for libraries across Canada. This tool provided libraries access to affordable shipping rates. With CLA’s dissolution the Canadian Urban Libraries Council (CULC), agreed taken over the administration of the Canada Post Library Shipping Tool.
