Member Update Briefing

The Steering Committee and Governing Board would like CULC/CBUC member libraries to participate in a Briefing Update on the new Not-for-Profit to serve Canadians with print disabilities through Canada’s public libraries. The briefing will focus on the following:

  • Partnerships with CNIB and others
  • Funding Models and timing
  • Service Levels and timelines
  • Government Relations and jurisdictions where support is needed

WHEN: Tuesday, March 4th @ 11 am (Pacific) / 12 noon (Mountain) / 1 pm (Central) 2 pm (Eastern) / 3:30 (Atlantic). Approximately 1 hour.
KEY AUDIENCE: CEO/Library Director and Senior Staff
WHO: Sandra Singh (Vancouver Public Library) and Senior Project Director Andrew Martin will provide the update.
FORMAT: Audio Teleconference, with PPT Presentation made available

The audio recording (a link to it) and the PPT will also be sent out to all CULC/CBUC members within 24 hours of the call. This can be shared among key staff within your institution.

Call in information will be distributed closer to the call.
